Join us for a 5-week beginner-friendly ballet drop-in series designed for Black women. Whether you’ve never stepped into a ballet studio before or you’re returning after years away, this series will help you build confidence, strength, coordination, and grace through movement.

Series Schedule:
This series consists of 5 weekly classes. We encourage participants to attend all sessions to experience the full progression and benefits of the program.
What we’ll cover:
Week 1 – Overview/intro to Ballet
Week 2 – Turns
Week 3 – Stretch + strength and an introduction to leaps and jumps.
Week 4 – Leaps and jumps
Week 5 – Review of all Elements and Choreography
