Motherhood is beautiful — and it can also feel overwhelming. Many moms carry an invisible emotional load while navigating identity shifts, exhaustion, and the pressure to do it all.
Moms & Mochas is a space to slow down, connect, and feel supported.
Hosted in partnership with Nest & Bloom, this small group series brings moms together for honest conversations about the realities of motherhood, while building community and learning practical tools to support emotional and physical wellbeing.
Each session is facilitated by a Registered Social Worker and includes guided discussion, supportive conversation, and time to connect with other parents. Throughout the series, guest practitioners will also share insights on topics related to maternal mental and physical health.
Babies are always welcome (under 2 years).
