On the first day Venus goes Retrograde experience an afternoon of release and renewal as we use the power of Holy Fire Reiki to identify your energetic blocks and release it from your physical body, auras, chakras, and energy pathways.

The experience will include:
- Palo Santo cleanse to open and close the ceremony
- A gentle stretch
- Guidance Meditation to identify your block and create an energetic image (There will be no sharing or communication from participants as this is a deeply personal experience. I will be asking you questions to guide you on this journey that you can answer in your mind and/or write in your journal)

- bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, a journal, and your favourite crystal if you’d like
