We’re a women owned locally run barre studio. Barre3 Toronto offers science-backed workouts that blend strength, cardio, and mindfulness to create balance in body and mind. Our class formats—including Barre3 Signature and Strength in 45 and 60min lengths with the goal to improve endurance, mobility, posture, and overall well-being. Designed for all fitness levels, we champion a positive, empowering relationship with movement. With a warm community and classes seven days a week, we make feeling good and getting stronger truly accessible.
