Frequency & Flow is an immersive wellness experience where the sonic meets the somatic through live music, yoga, breathwork, and community connection.
Led by Eboni Morgan, founder of At the Root Wellness and certified yoga teacher, with a live soundtrack by DJ Liv.digital, this all-levels experience blends mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to help participants regulate the nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and move with intention.
Hosted at Club Enhergy as part of its 5-Year Anniversary Celebration, the evening concludes with community connection and a curated wellness goodie bag, leaving guests with an opportunity to capture the ‘Enhergy’ of the evening and take home a little bit of it, too.
