SoulCare Sundays are designed to calm your mind, body & soul. Start your week with the right mindset.
This is for folks of all genders who may feel excluded from or intimidated by other wellness events. For those who are just starting their wellness journey and want some structure to gently ‘force’ them out of their shells. For those who are already deep into their self-care practices but want a community that will show up for and with them. For those who want a way to socialize with and meet like-minded individuals.
It’s for anyone who’s on their journey to achieve and master peace, and doesn’t want to go it alone!
Our May edition is hosted at a beautiful bi-level loft with doors that open it up to an indoor + outdoor experience (weather permitting), located downtown Toronto in the Junction area. We’ll be doing mat pilates, guided meditation and we’ve got a social session with complimentary refreshments. Come work out, heal, meditate and (re)connect! Mat Pilates
