Join us for a playful and connective 90-minute Palentine Stretch Session designed to celebrate friendship, love, and movement—no matter your relationship status. This partner-based class will guide you through assisted pair stretches and exercises that support relaxation, mobility, and trust.
Bring a friend, a date, or come solo—we’re happy to pair you up with one of us if you arrive on your own. Singles are absolutely welcome. This is a supportive, consent-forward space where connection and care come first.
Please be comfortable with safe, respectful touch, as partner stretching is hands-on.
Wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in, and bring:
