Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or exploring kundalini yoga, this session is perfect for those looking to release tension, reset the nervous system, and restore balance. The lesson is particular designed for:

✨ What to Expect:
We’ll start our one hour session with a short breathwork practice and transition into some dynamic movements to move energy through our body. If time allows, we will practice a short calming meditation to close. The kundalini yoga practice helps build inner awareness, release tension, and bring a sense of clarity. You’ll be guided every step of the way. It’s the perfect way to set yourself up for the week ahead!
👜 What to Bring:
Please bring your yoga mat, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a cushion/bolster for added comfort to your practice. Wearing white is optional.
