After spending four years competing at the professional level in the Canadian Football League, I discovered my true calling: helping others unlock their physical potential and transform their lives through fitness.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of training alongside and learning from some of the country’s most renowned coaches and trainers. This exposure to world-class training methodologies, combined with my firsthand experience as a professional athlete, gives me unique insight into what it truly takes to achieve extraordinary results.

For the past decade, I’ve successfully run my own body transformation business, working one-on-one with clients to help them exceed their goals and become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.
