I’m Charmaine, and I offer virtual personal training, Mat Pilates private sessions, and accountability coaching for 1:1 clients.
I grew up without an athletic bone in my body. As an adult, I bounced around between boutiques and programs, and my workout routine was all over the place and sometimes totally nonexistent. With that inconsistency came aches and pains that interrupted my progress and caused me to obsess over “fixing” my body.
Eventually, I started regularly showing up for my workouts and learned that working out was a skill I had to practice. As a result of sticking to my workouts and shifting my mindset, I’ve increased my strength, improved my mobility, and most importantly – I have so much more confidence in my body’s capacity and ability to handle life. I want all of this for you too.
I’m looking to help beginners and inactive folks who want to ease back into movement. I can train you personally, or I can help curate a workout routine that works for you — regardless, I will provide accountability & mindset coaching to help you build a mover mentality, stay on track, and meet your goals.
