IAK is a Toronto-based studiowear brand for pilates, soft workouts, and the quiet rituals in between. We launched in April 2026 with grip socks as our first product — designed for women who want their movement essentials to feel as considered as the rest of their life. Built mindfully and openly with the women who wear it.
