An afternoon of clay-based expressive arts therapy, gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
This is open to anyone who would like to take a pause, explore the practice of self-reflection and self-regulation – or for those who sometimes feel overwhelmed by the world. All are welcome, no art or yoga experience is needed. The hardest part is showing up, just come as you are and we’ll take care of the rest.
With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, take this moment for yourself or to meet other like-minded community members as we build presence, curiosity, and grounding.
This 2 hour event offers a supportive space where we will explore:
- Personal expression through shaping and reshaping modeling clay—embracing curiosity, surprise, and imperfection, with optional opportunities to share or collaborate.
- Gentle, accessible yoga flow inspired by Vinyasa—finding what feels good through mindful movement and exploration.
- Breathwork techniques to cleanse, balance, and restore subtle energy.
- Guided meditation to anchor into the present and deepen connection with body and mind.
Please note: This is not a traditional clay workshop for creating finished practical pieces. Think of it instead as an immersive experience—one that nourishes the spirit and may help you feel a little closer to yourself and the world around you.
