This 3-part inversion series is designed to give you the time, structure, and support that regular classes often can’t. Rather than rushing through attempts, we slow things down and focus on actually learning the mechanics of headstand, forearm stand (pincha), and handstand.
Across three sessions, you’ll build strength, alignment, and control while developing the awareness needed to enter, stabilize, and refine inversions safely. We’ll break down key components like stacking, weight distribution, core engagement, and shoulder stability, while also addressing the psychological side, including fear, hesitation, and how to stay regulated upside down.
With a strong emphasis on safety, you’ll learn how to recognize your limits, exit with control, and avoid relying on momentum. Partner work and spotting will play a central role, especially without the use of walls, helping you build confidence while progressing toward more independent balance.
With a small group and individualized guidance, this series is about creating a solid, sustainable foundation so inversions feel accessible, repeatable, and grounded in control rather than force.
