We create personal fitness plans tailored towards busy parents schedule. It starts with an initial 1 hour session where we assess the equipment and space available at home to be active. Then we work on a 4 week plan for the individual. During those 4 weeks you receive check ins and motivational prompts to help you keep being active!
Our goal is for you to be active a minimum of 30 minutes at a time (ideally longer but we know time is limited while parenting) for 5 days a week.
