Somatic Movement
We begin with gentle somatic movement — slow, mindful movements that help you tune into your nervous system and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. Unlike traditional workouts, somatic practices focus on awareness over intensity, helping to release stored tension, regulate stress, and create a sense of safety and grounding within.
Journaling as Release & Therapy
Journaling is more than writing — it is a form of emotional processing and self-therapy. Through guided prompts, you’ll be invited to express thoughts and feelings that may be sitting beneath the surface. Writing helps organize the mind, release emotional buildup, and create clarity. It is a powerful tool for healing, self-reflection, and transformation.
Conscious Breathing
Breathwork is one of the most accessible tools for nervous system regulation. Intentional breathing supports emotional balance, reduces anxiety, increases mental clarity, and brings you back into the present moment. During our guided breathing practice, you’ll experience how shifting your breath can shift your state.
Yin Yoga for Integration
We close with gentle yin yoga — long-held, supported postures that encourage deep release in the connective tissues and create space for integration. This quiet practice allows everything you’ve uncovered, released, and softened to settle into the body.
