This event includes a 90-minute guided journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and ground into your heart. You’ll move through intention setting, gentle breathwork, restorative yoga, and finish off in a healing sound bath – all curated to leave you feeling lighter, clearer and Regulated AF. 25% of profits from this event will be donated to Robertson House, a homeless shelter for women and children providing short term emergency shelter.
